Our philosophy is, "Everything hasn't been discovered yet and there are many things that could be improved or made more ecowize. Also, the quality of all life depends on the quality of the environment. It's our duty to take care of it responsibly."

Richard Pocapalia, founder and president of ElU, Inc., is an inventor, environmental designer, and contractor specializing in site planning and natural resource management. He is also an accomplished artist and organic farmer. In addition, he founded the Institute for Ecowize Innovations (IEl), a special initiative of the international nonprofit Green2Gold.org.

The Institute serves as the incubator for Richard’s 480+ innovations, ranging from hybrid turbines and sustainable agriculture tools to accessible sports equipment, with 45 provisional patents filed. Richard has also conducted field market testing on 17 products, all receiving over 756 positive responses, with many testers expressing interest in purchasing multiple units. Each design emphasizes simplicity, sustainability, and local manufacturing, often utilizing repurposed materials and 3D printing technologies.

Ecowize Innovations Unlimited acts as the investment arm of IEl, helping to bring these products to market, creating jobs, and aiding local economies while protecting the environment.
